Software & Energy Management

Connecting energy.
Intelligently.

Think of PV, battery storage, charging infrastructure and the grid as one system. SOS-EMS provides a digital foundation for integrated energy and mobility sites.

From individual assets to an integrated system

System intelligence.
With the whole in view.

Generation, storage and consumption have different requirements. SOS-EMS brings together the technical foundations for their interaction.

01

System architecture

Connect assets, data and operating requirements within a coherent technical architecture.

02

Interfaces

Establish the basis for data exchange between energy assets, software and higher-level applications.

03

Control logic

Develop project-specific rules and priorities for the interaction of PV, storage, charging and the grid.

04

Monitoring & dispatching

Technical foundations for transparency, operations and the coordinated use of connected assets.

Developed for connected infrastructure

From an individual site
to connected applications.

Three perspectives on the same task: connecting energy assets in a meaningful way.

01 / SITE

Bring generation
and consumption together.

Commercial and industrial sites combine different energy flows. The system architecture considers both the assets and the requirements of site operations.

  • Consider PV, storage and consumption together
  • Account for grid connection and operating priorities
  • Plan interfaces for each asset landscape

SOS-EMS by ZUWESO

Technology needs
a clear foundation.

ZUWESO develops the system architectures, control logic, interfaces and software components behind SOS-EMS. They form part of the technological foundation for STATION-I and Green Power Nodes.

STAI GmbH translates this expertise into operational digital applications. Development and the application layer work together.

What is SOS-EMS?

SOS-EMS is part of the software and energy management foundation developed by ZUWESO for integrated energy and mobility infrastructure. Its focus is on system architecture, control logic and interfaces.

Which sites is this approach intended for?

Commercial and industrial sites, energy and mobility sites, and the STATION-I and Green Power Nodes infrastructure platforms. Suitability for a specific application is assessed against the assets and operating requirements.

Can existing equipment be integrated?

This is assessed for each project. The available interfaces, technical conditions and operating requirements of existing assets are decisive. No blanket compatibility guarantee is implied.

Do the software images show real operational data?

No. The public views are abstract illustrations. They contain no readable customer, site or operational data and are not an interactive live application.

How does a collaboration begin?

With a conversation about your site: which assets are installed or planned, what requirements apply, and what role should energy management play? This provides the basis for the technical discussion.

Let us discuss your application

Which systems need
to work together at your site?

A site, a project idea or an existing asset landscape: we can discuss the technical approach and next steps with you.
